Description
Yay for Slave Leia! And yay for the beach! My parents rented a condo at Gulf Shores this weekend so I decided to go visit them since I don't get to see them often Totally worth the drive... So the other day when I was finalizing my plans I got a call from the slave master over at LeiasMetalBikini.com asking if I was going to MegaCon this weekend... But Orlando is a much longer drive than Gulf Shores, plus my boyfriend couldn't go with me and provide Slave Leia Security. But I felt bad that I wasn't going to get to don the Slave Leia outfit this weekend, so I decided to bring it to the beach with me! It was way windy so it was hard to get anything accomplished, but I was able to get quite a few really nice shots! I'll finish editing those later (luckily the cold and wind kept most people off the beach, but I still have a few shots I have to edit people out of) but here's a nice little preview And I was going to try to recreate the Slave Leia Rolling Stones cover, but the wind was beating me too hard to try for that one, so I went with the shot of her that was inside the magazine instead Yay for beach balls!

I think you got everything right in this one.
The lighting is just right. you have a good pose, and an interesting expression.
I can't imagine that thing is terribly comfortable, so to look like you do is a good piece of work.
By adding the ball, you introduce an incongruity to what we expect in a Princess Leia Metal Bikini. One can almost imagine a beach volleyball game involving a similarly attired team.
As a long shot, even the great most worshipfull highness Princess Leia, needs a vacation on the beach once in a while.
All you need is a Han Solo reenactor in a Corellian suit(would I want to see this?) to make this complete.
