12.25.09 Lady in Red

Happy Christmas!! I had a very long day, but it was lots of fun! Kinda a shame work had to go and ruin all the fun, but that's life I guess.... Still, this morning I was able to go and get some really nice shots, hopefully soon I'll have some free time to edit a few more of them, I even had a little time to get some landscape and nature shots! But I decided I'd show off my pretty new jacket today, it's so perfect for the holiday and it's nice and warm too, which was great because it was very cold and windy outside! I don't often get fashionable coats, because I'm more about the utility than the fashion aspect when it comes to jackets since I'm always cold, but this one seemed warm enough and it was on sale, yay! (even though it was a Christmas gift, I still wouldn't have paid full price for a fashion coat that I won't get as much use out of as a nice, heavy black or neutral coat ) And yay for a change of scenery! It's a bit farther than I usually go for photo locations, but hopefully I'll get to visit again, it's absolutely gorgeous, and there's great company too!
