Cooking with Angela Episode 14

I decided to try something totally new this time around, a Tuscan Chicken dish that wound up somewhere between a soup and a stew I guess... Hearty like a stew, but with broth like a soup... Anyway it was pretty good, considering I made quite a few alterations to the recipe since I didn't have what it called for I wound up using canned seasoned tomatoes instead of sundried ones, I searched all over the grocery store and couldn't find them lol I looked like a lost puppy grocery shopping I swear, kept having to look down at my recipe card and then up at the aisle labels... Luckily I hadn't gotten all dressed up by this point or people really would have been looking! Then I had to come home to cook everything, that part turned out being pretty simple though, everything mostly went into one big skillet/saucepan, except the cheesy bread I made to go with it
