Cooking with Angela Episode 16

Time for another cooking show!! This time around I wanted something summery and fresh, so I went with Lemon Chicken! I kinda wound up burning it, the chicken breasts were so thick I wanted to make sure they got cooked all the way through before I put the lemon juice and fried onions on it, so 'brown' turned into a little much... Luckily I was able to just cut off the burned bits on the outside of the chicken and re-bread it and go again... yay for breaded chicken, otherwise it might have been a disaster Yay spring time dishes though! The lemon flavor was so nice after such dark and dense flavors this winter hehe!
